Kerala, one of the southern states of India.

A lot has been said about the attractions in the state in these columns in the recent past and as the monsoon would be getting over there shortly, it would attract a lot of tourists as usual.

Kerala.

to find out why it is so called visit it.
You will not be disappointed. It has everything. A long shoreline with serene beaches. Tranquil streches of emerald backwaters. Lush hill stations and exotic wildlife. Waterfalls. Sprawling plantations and paddy fields. Ayurvedic health holidays. Enchanting art forms. Magical festivals. Historic and cultural monuments.

The icing on the cake is that this is the only state in India with a 100% literacy ratio.

I just love to go for a holiday to Kerala.
