It doesn't crash every 10 minutes. It seems much more stable than IE. Tabbed browsing is nice. I'm sure there are other reasons, but just more stable by itself is great.

it doesnt make weird noises when you clikc a hyperlink.LOL.
the best feature is its extensibility. Right now from my browser I can open my google notebook. search yahoo,wikipedia, and google, watch the weather, and I could keep track of the world cup.
