Coming to melbourne in July and its my big sis's birthday in August- she's a young sixty!!
Is there a good day spa where I could get her a pamper day, or some other really good place where I can take her for a real treat?

if you are willing to travel an hour and a half north of Melbourne you will find a little town called Daylesford. This place is reknown for its day spas and retreats. Wonderful pampering, though you will need to book in advance as it is very popular. there are also markets and good shopping. Best to look it up on the net, also try Hepburn Springs. These two towns within five minutes of each other will give the ultimate pampering session. enjoy......

For a real treat you could pick her up in a limo and have Champagne brunch whilst touring Melbourne in the limo. Crown Towers hotel has a day spa or you could take an overnight package. Take in a theatre show and dinner that night.

Just a suggestion. You could hot air balloon it and then have breakfast.

My vote is for a day of pure indulgence

Hi

I took a friend to The Windsor for an indulgence afternoon tea for her birthday - it was a real treat and I highly recommend it. You need to book as it's quite popular (but not crowded).
