do anybody know any special diet or any pill that i can take to losse weight

There's no PERMANENT method that works with lasting results others than to have a Proper Healthy Diet & stay active by keep Excercising Regularly!!! I formally tried several diets & pills with repetitive failing results or conclusive relapsing with more adverse weight gain. Those things are expensive money-robbing marketing crap...they don't work at all so forgot about them. Foremost, eliminate those bad unhealthy choices & eating habits....just cutting down on all those junk foods & substituting it for something else not just Healthier but overall Beneficial to yourself really seriously makes such a BIG DIFFERENCE. Fully believe & view youself achieving your goal....I tell ya, it all begins with MIND WILL-POWER. I myself did finally ACCOMPLISH it ALL-NATURAL without going on any diets or taking any form of pills. You can do it too! I reached my ideal recommended aim for my height stature/frame recently just last month....I used to be 179 lbs at my heaviest, wearing a size 16 or XL clothing (to which even that was getting too tight at one point). I can say I am NOW proudly 118 lbs, feeling so much better being healthier & happier than ever, fitting presently a clothing size 3 or XSmall!!! Consult a Doctor & Nutritionalist>>>That's ALWAYS a GOOD IDEA! Have faith, BE REALISTIC (it won't happen overnight---there is NOTHING magical that WORKS INSTANTLY---the process is slow but rewarding....GOOD LUCK! =)

Take carbs, pop, coffee, and that stuff out of ur diet. Drink lots of water and meals that are better for u. Like chicken and veggies. Or Fish and veggies or one serving of pasta and fish or chicken and veggies. You can buy snack bars like kellogs wiht the fruit and oatmeal. And exercise. Whether you go walking at night for 30 minutes everynight. You will lose weight but not fast. Good luck.

eat something light (yogurt, small salad, turkey sandwich, scrambled egg, bowl of cereal etc) every 3 hours, this will activate your metabolism. exercise someway if only taking a walk for a couple of blocks 2 or 3 times a days. you will notice the weight change and the energy increase. good luck.

that stuff work but i'll warn you, we know caffeine is bad over long periods of time. causes some dependency and potential stress on the heart. my honest suggestion is to try gradually getting into an exercise rutine. you'd be surprised. once it becomes a habit for you, you'll keep doing it and you'll get in shape in no time. just be patient.

don't take pills they are really bad for you.the best way too lose weight is too drink plenty water,eat lots of fruit and vegetables,eat roughage like brown bread.Also cut out sugar and fatty foods like candy.Plenty of exercise is also necessary.this way you will lose weight in a healthy way.best of luck

Absolutely! The one that works for every single person who has tried it and is the cheapest thing out there.

Burn more calories than you consume! Exercise more and eat less.

Simple as that. Works for everyone whose ever done it and if you say it doesn't work for you, then you aren't exercising quite enough or are consuming more than you think.

Dont take pills cuz they are just gonna end up hurting you. try eating salads and try walking laps with friends.
