the most dangerous is the joker for the fact that with all his detective skills the joker is the only villain that batman cant second guess, because half the time even the joker doesn't know what hes gonna do next. plus the joker is just as clever as batman and has a good knowledge of chemicals (both in the comics and the film) and if you've read the killing joke (if you've not i highly recommend you do) you'll see how mentally scarred he is and what he is truly capable of doing to the people around Bruce/batman that he cares for. bane may have broke Batman's back, but the joker could break the whole of Gotham

The answer is the Joker. The reason is the Joker as always been a Thorn in Batman's side no matter how many time he put him away, the Joker seems to get out and reek havoc in Gotham City.
Not only that, but the Joker is demented, twisted and very dangerous. because he is very intelligent. He knows no degree of pain and will kill anyone one that gets in his way. Ask Tim Robertson, oops, you can't do that because the Joker Killed him
beat his brains out with a crowbar very brutal. anyway the Bat never forgave him for that.
Nor did he forgive himself for allowing his only son to take Richard Grason's place as robin the boy wonder. Hmmm, maybe I giving to much here.
Anyway, of all of the foes that Batman has eve fought or faced the Bleached white face of the Joker is the one that never gives him any rest. Of course we all have our personal demons right?

The Joker. He may not seem like much, but he's really a sinister guy under that smile. He's the only Batman nemesis who killed someone( The second Robin). Plus, he's extremely smart, even by Batman's standards.

I'd go for Deacon Blackfire - he broke the Batman a good five years before Bane made it fashionable.
And he over-ran Gotham with a gang of homeless vagrants, forcing the citizens to run away, long before the "No Law, New Order" storyline made THAT fashionable.

Definitely the Joker, he's possibly the most insane one of his enemies. Not only insane but genius as well. Have you ever read the Killing joke, or the one where the Joker kills Batman's beloved side-kick Robin?

Didn't Judge Dredd give him a hell of a kicking?
It's a million years since I read Judgement on Gotham but I'm sure that's the way it went.... May also be utterly wrong but hey, 2 point is 2 points!!

its joker as he is d one who knows how does batman thinks
they two r equally compatible and insane
both r dangerous, play mind games as batman uses fear and joker too uses fear but in a more twisted manner
other all villains concentrate on destroying Gotham but joker stresses only on batman

Strength wise, I'd say either Bane or Killer Croc.
Out right, hands down: the Joker. There is supposed to be a method to his madness, even if he is the only one who "gets the joke".

Well i think it would be the joker. Mostly in every batman he has to save to world from the joker. It's like he's impossible to beat
