First please check, if it has electricity (normally when opening the door the inside light should be turned on). If has electricity try to find inside the fridge where the foods are stored the knob or button for regulation of the fridge's temperature. You incidentally might have turned it when cleaning inside to a temperature which is too high to start.
If you have electricity: Did you tilt your fridge during move or was it all the time upright? When it was not upright, give it 30 minutes to 1 hour of rest, until the liquid in the compressor really is on bottom again.
If still isn't running anymore, please check, if you have hurt the freon circuit incidentally. You might have heard this also like air blowing off during your move of the frigde. You must check for a hole or breaking of the thin tubes of the heat exchangers (a grid, mostly in the backside, made from copper or painted black).
If now you didn't shoot the trouble, then you need to call a specialist.

if unplugging a fridge or freezer even for a second you should leave it at least 5 - 10 to settle again before switching on again. Its to do with the gases inside. You can cause an air block in the pipes if you switch it back on too soon. If you can hear the motor start in the back of the fridge but it is not not getting colder, try unplugging and lying it on its side for a moment then stand it up and leave it for 10 minutes before switching it on.

youre supposed to leave it 2 hours before turning on again. It might work in a while if u leave it for a bit. It might be screwed after the move tho, somethin could hjave come lose. Or a fuse or dodgy socket as has been stated already.

You disrupt the gas in the compressor and this has to stand ideally for about 8 hours but you could get away with about two hours especially if you have food still in it. The other answers are logical for you to check up on as well. Check the main trip switch.

Does the light in the fridge come on ?
If it doesn't its the fuse, if it does ... un-plug it and wait an hour .. then try again.

That happened to me one time and it was because there was a lot of dust and stuff in the back and underneath. Once I vacuumed all of that it worked again. Also check the breaker.
