Unfortunately, you won't be able to do retrieve your email message after you have deleted it from your Trash Can, if the email service is provided online (Example: Yahoo! Mail, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.), but if you use an email client such as Outlook Express (or whatever altenratives there are) then you may be able to recover an email through hard drive data recovery applications. You can attain these applications via www.download.com by searching under the terms "data recovery" or "hard drive recovery". However, you will have to do more research through guides to get information on how to use them.

As long as it wasn't put into spam trash heaven, yes. Click and hold on the trash icon, you should have a menu show up as to what's in there. Of course, I have a Macintosh Apple so I'm not sure if that works for PC.

commonly, in case you delete e mail out of your Inbox, it is going into your Trash folder, and also you should rummage round in there to locate it back. yet once you've deleted it from the Trash, it truly is lengthy gone continually.

Only if you saved it before deleting, and written it to a CD or Floppy etc. Or ask the sender to send it again, if this can't be done, then that messagage is lost forever.

If it's still there, you can move it back. If it's gone, it's gone.
