When I feel stressed out, I'd do one of the following:
1. Go to Karaoke with a few friends to sing my lungs out.
2. Go to the gym for an hour of workout, with my MP3 of course.
3. Call up my best friend to talk.
Hope they would be useful to you too.

the easiest and best way I have found to reduce stress is to simply go for a walk. It's free and you can do it any time 24/7.

I tell hubby that he's on his own for dinner. I draw a warm bubble bath and soak for an hour while listening to my "Sounds Of The Beach" CD. Afterwards, I lather myself in lavendar-scented lotion and slip into my favorite pajamas.

Get a gun and go to a firing range. Really even if you arent into them alot of ranges will have them for rent. There is something theraputic about blasting away at a target.

I write in my journal. When that doesn't work, I sit in my gravel driveway and scream and throw rocks, but that's only in extreme circumstances.
