Should I tell my brother?

My brother's girlfriend of 2 months told me she doesn't really like being with a man and my brother drives her nuts.

No; she should tell that to your brother, let him down easy, and break up with him. Staying with him will only make both of them unhappy, in the long run.

Maybe that WAS his girlfriend's way of telling him indirectly because she's not a good communicator. Maybe she expect you to tell him, so she won't have to.
