You can but these will take about 2 or 3 years to develop into bulbs

You could plant them, but your best bet is to just let them fall off the plant. They will produce more allium and you'll get more bulbs. My mom does it this way and she started with four or five bulbs and now has an entire flower bed full of them. Good Luck!!!
