It hurts at first but you have to be in the mood. I took it and now I will ask for it when I feel the urge. I use to think it was so wrong and gross but after about the third time of trying it it's really not that bad. So if I am a sinner oh well at least I will go to hell happy.

It was different than vaginal sex..you need to take a lot of time to loosen up and relax..lots of foreplay in that area with latex gloves and lube..but it can be nice for both sides.
