I'm tired of political candidates that just represent the Democratic or Republican values. None of our leaders really have an opinion anymore.

Yes, they are. Demagogues they are and they consider we the voters nothing more than "bovine". Their primary concern is getting re-elected. They will not address important issues such as "Social Security", or "Immigration" as they do not know the clear consensus within their party, so they just ignore for fear that they will not get re-elected. Heaven forbid our Federal Government takes a pro-active stance against looming issues such a pandemic or fresh water.

Do you find political ads informative? I don't, in fact I wonder who they are addressing? They are certainly not going after the thoughtful intelligent voter. Why don't the Republicans and Democrats allow a third party to participate in the debates. They are afraid of the unpredictable, in their quest for election.

Even my local government parties are throwing unqualified candidates for "the job" because they are simply carrying the message. In a recent election for Auditor of a neighboring county, the issue of abortion was raised. Who gives a rat's *** about that for your county auditor? Don't you want the most qualified individual?

Consider voting for third party candidates. Many people think this is a wasted vote. It is not. A vote for third party sends a message that you want a more responsive and responsible government.

What about Sen. John McCain? He's a good example of a Republican who differs from Republicans on certain issues. The problem is candidates' (felt or real) need for money and/or power which they perceive as coming better through their respective parties. All candidates differ from others in their party to one degree or another, but most shovel those differences under the rug during campaigns.

They are afraid of US! They KNOW we don't want ANY of the NON-ISSUE agendas being scripted and forced thru our overbearing disfunctional governing structures. Why would they take the chances of personal opinion like we do? Their careers depend on them NOT letting anyone know EXACTLY what they think.

Can you imagine a politician telling the poor to STOP having children, don't educate themselves, and vote Democrat to make sure the freebies keep coming?! Or STOP having children until they educate and enable themselves to become elitist snobs, and vote Republican! Maybe they all should just voice their opinions on the well known concepts of HISTORICAL results from 'tax based revenue' developing that leaves our communities void of affordable options for 60%+ of local populations.

Our constitution addressed logic and reasonings for and against ALL sides ~ you decide! Meanwhile ~ don't expect 'hype and ARGH' politics to tell you what you NEED to KNOW.

DEMAND simplified legislation that doesn't take huge expensive commitees to understand what the results of STUPID legislation HAVE already HISTORICALLY OR EXPECTEDLY accomplished. Evidently our representatives can't understand their OWN complex creations enough to plainly identify, much less explain them.

Meanwhile vote out imcumbants and make them look for jobs that don't exist ~ thanks to them. They ENABLED ALL of the wars, both miltary and home fought. Enforce a voter demanded draft for them into home based battlefields. Maybe then they will be able to vocalize ANY type of open, useful, or truthful opinion. I personally doubt it, but it's worth getting the OUT of POWER!
