North Korea will fire as many old missiles as they have to get a response from the rest of the world. North Korea is a very poor country and by using this threat to the rest of the world they know they will get paid off NOT to use more missles and nuclear weapons. It's all about money, they need money so they put on this little show and then get paid to sit down and shut up.
