I'm lazy, and I don't change my sheets but about once a month. I don't really see how this fits into women's health.

not as often as I should, but if you have the time I say go for it. It is so nice to get in a bed with clean, fresh smelling sheets.

i am odd i change my sheets every morning my docters said i have ocd and thats why i have to have a spotless clean house even my sheets have to be clean or i wont sleep in my bed

Once a week, unless I have a boyfriend then it is almost everyday. Ummm... they tend to get a bit soiled. "blush"
