There is no one single one-size-fits-all gift for everyone. It depends on the person.
Unless you're thinking of something like the gift of life (stepping in front of a car for someone, etc)
If not, though, stop being so cheap and get the person you love more than just one thing.

You can always give yourself, to whoever you happen to be in love with at the moment.
You can always buy something, as many times as you want to give to someone special.
It has to be something unique and irreplaceable.
That leaves your virginity. Make sure its really with the one you love and the one that loves you....cause it can only happen once.
