Most of the times, the problem is that we are using products containing mineral oil and alcohol and fragrances these all are very damaging for our skin's health.... mineral oil because it is an ingredient that is derivated form petroleum....it will be like using car oil and exposing your self to the sun in fact it is the 2nd worse thing you could do to your skin (1st thing will be the sun) using fragrances or chemicals or dyes are known irritants and can cause allergic reactions. bathing daily cleanses the skin, but it also can dry it out, causing it to look dull, but most importantly, it may cause irritation and remove the natural emolients your body produces to keep it healthy. When you bathe, always use a moisture-rich cleanser, and always pamper your skin with a daily moisturizer. I use arbonne products because these do not stay on the coat of the skin, they get in deep and there is where moisture starts acting..... we need to get those nutrients inside our skin and not only on the coat, this is why our skin gets so irritated. They have this body line called NutriMinC RE9 and they are just wonderful. you are treating your skin for a healthier look and feel as well as getting anti aging treatment without overdrying your skin or over "oilying" it, you see they have a technology called nanospheres and they give what your body needs ... also they have the abc line (for babies) but this line has helped people with eczema and you could start with this line since you are sensitive skin .... check it out, i buy them online at: https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/arbonnepuertorico.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 .....the best part is that if for some reason you do not like somthing from the line they will return your money.....even if they are empty.....i have not herd any cosmetic line do this before, so that is why i tried it .... and do not htink i will leave them....

The simplest approach is to take cold or cool showers. Wetting the skin with a wet dressing or liquid moisturiser can often help. Vitamin C has been recommended.

Try applying baby powder to the skin, or Gold Bond medicated powder. It works very well.

Rinse the rash with saline and then just leave it alone. They have to get better pretty much on their own, I think, but the saline will help to cool it off and keep it clean.
