i cant say im going 2 sleepover @ my friends b/c most of them are on vacation & im not that close with the ones that r'nt on vaccation.if i say im going 2 there house my parents will suspect sumthing is up.

What if ya got rape??? I understood he's your bf. But you also change ur mind at the last minute. Who knowsssssssss...
What if something happened to you when you were at his place??? Your friend will be the one who got blame from your parents.. And yeah your parents will be even MORE SHOCK to hear their daughter LIED to them to sleep over w/ a BOY that they never HEARD of.
You could tell your parents that you're out w/ him.. but besure to come home. Parents always feel more SAFE to see their kids sleep in their bed... GET IT???

wow.. well actually u should have told ur parents or at least do it later.. tell them about him .. but for now..well why dont u just say one of ur friends is back and u r staying over hers?or just say you are going to a shop or somewhere .. then call them when u r not hom and tell them you found some friends and you are spending the night.. next day say you decided to spend another day with them.. i dont know U_U

Your best bet is to always keep an open honest relationship with your parents. If they feel you are sneeking around about this they are going to automatically think he is no good. But if you invite him over to meet them and let them get to know him they will feel more secure with letting you go out with him.
