I am needing some advice for my sister in law. She is going threw a bad time and she wanting to know if she would be able to get full custodity know that she had a mental illeness.

This is what her husband threatens when they fight. That it will be real hard for her to get full custody of this child because of this plus she has a hard time keeping a job.

try legal aid...not on computer, but every city has one where real lawyers donate their time to help people who can not afford one...on a first come first serve basis usually one day a week at a courthouse

I don't know of a website but if you check your yellow pages you'll probably find a family law atty that offers a free 1/2 hour consultation - just write down all of your questions and go see him or her.

Legal aid. I know of many women with mental illness that have their children, she just has to be in a doctors care.

Your best bet would be Legal Aid in your community. It's not free, however you can get 30 minutes for about $10.00.
