He isn't quite familiar with his body yet. Even so-called "pre-***" can have "sperm cells," as you call it, in it. It's not supposed to, but it can. Women get pregnant from only "pre-***."

Please keep yourself safe by always using protection!

the sticky thing is called semen and it only comes out during sex ,it is a lubricant .just like the fluids you produce.these fluids are produced so as to make pentration easier ie to reduce pain during intercourse. the difference with sperm is that sperm is more thicker and has an eggish like smell and that it can get you pregnant. however there has been evidence that sometimes semen has traces of sperm ,and hence might get you pregnant . just to be safe use condoms my dear. never trust anyone always use condoms to prevent sexually transmitted diseases a, aids and also pregnancy

Uh I think that is probably "sperm cells". They don't come out like marbles. Its a sticky whitish gluey fluid called SEMEN. It could also be a horribly advanced yeast infection or case of syphillis. Either way, you seem very uneducated to be having sex!

You are to young to have sex. Just stop. please

ps. anything on a man's penis can get you pregnant. So unless you want to ruin your life. Don't touch it. Dont even look at it. If he is trying to tell you things in order to have unprotected sex, dont listen. Always Always were a condom. or just take my first advice and just STOP.

OMG! If you can't spell and ask a question that makes sense, you should'nt be having sex in the first place!

If this is a question you can answer on your own then you really shouldn't be having sex.
