im not to fat and im not to skinny im normal like the other good looking women. Actully i try to wheir a size c cup with the you know the thick cups to try to make my breasts look bigger.

I guess there is no problem with it but you don't have to wear them to look your breasts bigger. You are only 18 and don't worry it will grow bigger in next couple of years. Its more genetics than wearing bras.

girls stop growing around 17-18 guys can grow into year 21 sorry but theres all kinds of creams on the market to enlagre

Stop worrying about your breast. They can get bigger or smaller at any age.
