how can i prevent my computer from errors?

when i give the command to standby, the computer turns to a blue screen with all coded writing on it. i have to switch the system off directly. how can i prevent that?

Hi! its not a problem... Please insert ur windows boot disk in ur cdrom and let it to play the Autorun Files. Please Upgrade ur Windows version without skipping any files... Its better to have a virus scan with TrendMicro Internet Security... Try It!!

theres nothing u can do to stop it now unless u reinstall windows
