You need to capture the current screen shot from Word. Open the Word document and position the content within the window. Press the ctrl button and Print Screen buttons simutaneously.

Now you need to paste the image somewhere. Can use Windows paint or most any image editing program. When you save the file be certain to specify the JPEG format and put .jpg in the filename extension.

You can use the image editor to crop out the desired content by selecting the content you want, copying it (ctrl c), opening a new image window and pasting it (ctrl v) into the new window. Save it as a jpeg file.

Now you have a jpeg file containing the screen shot of your word document.

This screen capturing method only works to capture what is shown on the screen. If your Word document is longer then you will need to repeat this process for each page.

You can search for "screen capture freeware" to find various other screen capturing tools which may offer more features than those built in my Microsoft Windows.

Here's what I would do.

open the word document and maximize the window

hit your 'print screen' button on your keyboard

open a new bitmap image. Go to edit at the top and select paste

Save it as jpeg

If you're using Microsoft Windows (basically, any version) then all you have to do is look at your word document and press and hold the Alt and Print Screen buttons on your keyboard then release. Next, you go to MS Paint (Microsoft Paint) via the Start Menu> Programs> Accessories> Paint and go to the "Edit" menu and go to Paste and voila.

You must scan the document with other software and select the format you wish to save it in.
Print your docs, scan, save as jpeg.

Go to PopDrops.com and download a free utility called Capture-a-Screenshot. It gives you a lot more flexibility than just using Prt Scr.
