What is the best METASEARCH ENGINE?

I do research/dourcing/recruiting and I am curious to know which are the best. It would aggregate results from the top SE's e.g. Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc...

I use metacrawler.com and then I also use an engine called Copernic (www.copernic.com).
