Always go for the AC. Your body is being pushed hard from the workout and its working hard enough to keep cool on its own. Do a hard workout or a long run in a 100 degree gym would more than likely cause you to quit sooner than you would like. Heat exhaustion and what not.

I'll give you my answer this way. Every other day I go and run a 5 mile bridge in the heat and sweat like a pig. Then I get into my hot car, its like a sauna.. I keep the all the windows rolled up and sweat gallons more for the ride home...
Sweating is healthy and you sweat out all sorts of toxins built up in the fat cells... I don't know if you lose weight, because some have said that you are just losing water... A/C is not very healthy for a person. It makes ya lazy.. A/C should be used only at night to aid in sleeping.

it does not matter if it is an a/c or not.i would prefer an a/c because u will tend to lose less sweat and thereby less electrolytes and hence u don't fatigue so fast.i work out i an non a/c gym as i don't have a a/c in my place.i tend to get exhausted early esp when the weather is humid and i am sweating a lot.i think i would be able to work out for a longer time if it would have been an a/c one.

It depends on what you are doing. If I am lifting weights I prefer to have a cool place to lift. Some people prefer to lift in the heat. I would try both and see which one allows you to reach your maximum potential.
