What hurts the most is defiantly one of the saddest songs i have ever heard. Just everything the lyrics, it reminds me of how life is so short, and how you should never let an oppurtunity pass you by, because you will never know things change in a milisecond. Always tell someone if you love them, because you never know they could be gone and you dont want to wake up one day and say, "i should have" and end up regretting not doing something you should have, because that chance will NEVER show up again. The first time i heard the song i cried, i watched the music video and her boyfriend died...hence what hurts the most, her biggest regret was not telling him she loved him. Home by Michael Buble is also an amazing song. I think this song touches college students, or people who have just graduated highschool the most. It gives me a feeling of warmth. Especially if the you leave your home tome to go to the big city, and you leave all your friends behind, all of a sudden the city seems so empty yet so full at the same time. or it is about getting everything you have EVER wanted, what seemed so great, seemed like the perfect life while we were young, but once we've got all of that, the fame the fortune, its still not enough. Another summer day Is come and gone away In Paris and Rome But I wanna go home Mmmmmmmm Maybe surrounded by A million people I Still feel all alone I just wanna go home Oh I miss you, you know Another aerorplane Another sunny place I'm lucky I know But I wanna go home Mmmm, I've got to go home And I feel just like I'm living someone else's life It's like I just stepped outside When everything was going right And I know just why you could not Come along with me But this was not your dream But you always believe in me Another winter day has come And gone away And even Paris and Rome And I wanna go home Let me go home And I'm surrounded by A million people I Still feel alone Oh, let go home Oh, I miss you, you know She says by Howie Day. This is just such an amazing song, the lyrics paint an image. If you close your eyes and just block out everything else and just listen to the lyrics REALLY listen to it, you can see everything. Sweet is the sight Of her room Window opened by candlelight Cold winter on the shore Chills the dress she wore It's on the floor Still it feels so warm tonight Your Guardian Angel- by the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus It is about a guy that loves a girl so much, he would do anything for her, he would be there for her no matter what, never let her fall, but wwill be there to catch, her and would do anything to save her even if it sends him to heaven...its an amazingly powerful love song... When I see your smile, Tears roll down my face. I can't replace. And now that I'm stronger, I have figured out, How this world turns cold and it breaks through my soul. And I know I'll find deep inside me, I can be the one. I will never let you fall. (let you fall.) I'll stand up with you forever. I'll be there for you through it all. (through it all.) Even if saving you sends me to heaven. Seasons are changing, And waves are crashing, And stars are falling all for us. Days grow longer and nights grow shorter, I can show you I'll be the one

SING ME A SAD SAD SONG

WILLY SENKIWSKY 3/5/01 1:00 PM This one 4/20/04 2:30 PM A-Harp, Key of E, Slow Blues

I woke up wondering where my baby gone.
I was feeling worried how my life could go on.
I felt better when I heard someone singing a sad song!

(Chorus)
Sing me a sad song,
Tell me how you rose above wrong!
I don't want no saccharine in the lyrics,
Sing me a sad, sad, song!

It's amazing how it feels when you ain't the only one.
These same things been going on since time begun.
There are lessons to be learned from sad, sad, songs!

(Chorus)
Sing me a sad song,
Tell me how you rose above wrong!
I don't want no saccharine in the lyrics,
Sing me a sad, sad, song!

The time's dragging on oh so long.
When someone tells you; you don't belong.
Sometimes ain't nothing to do but sing a sad song!

(Chorus)
Sing me a sad song,
Tell me how you rose above wrong!
I don't want no saccharine in the lyrics,
Sing me a sad, sad, song!

Sing me a 12-bar shuffle from the one.
Or make it a ballad tell me what was done.
Get it off your chest Baby sing me a sad song!

(Chorus)
Sing me a sad song,
Tell me why you're still going on!
Keep the artificial sweetener out the lyrics,
Sing me a sad, sad, song!!!...

(Repeat last chorus to fade)
