If you can cope well with stress you become a stronger human being.

Stress it is a human emotion. Do you know that 70% of illnesses are occurred due to stress, without stress you can lead a happy and care free life. I took a psychology class and our group topic was 'stress and health' while a certain amount of stress can be good - too much stress can be damaging to your health and cause high blood pressure and heart disease amoung other ailments. Healthy diet, exercise, relaxation, time spent with friends and family and meditation are things that we can do to alleviate stress

From my opinnion, sometimes we need stress because life is worthless without stress.. Stress make us to be strong and at the same time, we will learn something that is how to handle it...
Stress would be dangerous for our healthy if we hold it.. WE need to release stress like entertain ourself by laughing and more.

stress is like passion - it's not inherently good or bad, it just depends on what you do with it. most of us work better under a little bit of stress but a lot of stress messes us up and we get overwhelmed.
i like what someone said about the violin strings, i think it sums it up perfectly.
