Have you ever been driving or walking in a strange place and suddenly you felt as if you'd been there before and you recognized it? Deja vu!

Ever been talking with someone or been in a group when you had the weird feeling that you'd had the same conversation before and you knew what someone was going to say before they said it. .deja vu!

There's a beautiful old love song called "Where Or When" that addresses the subject..I think it's a been done by Carley Simon.
A few lines of it are: "we looked at each other in the same way then, but I can't remember......where or when". ...Things that are happening the first time, seem to be happening again".
Thats deja vu!

Deja vu is French and means "seen before" so take it from there.

The term déjà vu (French: "already seen", also called paramnesia) describes the experience of feeling that one has witnessed or experienced a new situation previously.

French for: "of me and you?"

The feeling that you have experienced something before without that possibility existing.

Example, you find yourself in a room you've never visited before but are overwhelmed by the certainty of having been there before. You may even know 'where everything in that room is.'

Some people view this as 'proof' of reincarnation. I don't believe in reincarnation but can't explain it either. Perhaps it is a type of 'false memory,' or 'shared memory.'

deja vu is a glitch in the Matrix, usually indicating that a programming change is underway.

Could be a recollection from a dream. That whole when something seems oddly familiar yet you haven't been to a particular place. This can also be with people as well. It could be your brain trying to tell you that something was important in a different state of mind. (meaning while you were asleep)

I heard it is when, in a new place your brain will use the wrong "connections" to take it in and the memory part of your brain will register it and you get a sense of being there before.
I've had it many a time but always for like couple seconds.

I think it's latent precognitive abilities surfacing for a moment then fading leaving an eerie "I've done or seen this before" feeling.

when it happens, we have usually forgotten the dream, therefore experience dejavu!
