I am 6.5 inches by 4 inches when erect and I want to buy an extra large condom to impress my partner. Do you think this would be possible?

You lack a sense of humor, are most likely under the age of 16 and i suggest you goto a doctor because 4 inches wide means youve got a disease causing inflamation

There are no defined "Condom sizes". Some manufacturers make differnet size condoms. For smaller penises there is Lifestyles Snugger Fit. For larger sizes there is the Magnum brand. There are others, just have to look around and try different ones.

The actual sizes are small, medium and in your dreams. You clearly fall into the last category. Remember, if the condom is too big, it will slip off and, boy (or girl), will you get a surprise!

no. even the so-called extra large condoms are just the regular size, but more elsactic. you may find one at specialty store or something, but I've never seen one.

In the average store, they are one size fits all. If you want something like that, you'd have to try a kink shop.
