The book is a very easy read and much better then the movie, read the book first if you have not seen the movie

Better than the movie ( glad I read the book first then saw the movie) A good page turner if you like mystery fiction.

It was enjoyable but I felt pretty smug because I figured out most of the clues before the characters. I became irritated waiting for them to solve problems that seemed way too easy. Anyone who does cryptic crosswords would probably feel the same way.

I really liked the book, coming from me (I rarely read) means its really good. I know the movie wasn't asked about but they could have had a better actor than Tom Hanks... seriously what where they thinking.

It was fast-paced and an easy read. I found myself getting cranky while reading it. I prefer either total fiction or total nonfiction. I would prefer to read something where I know what is true and what isn't instead of an interesting combination of what might have been.

If you like puzzles, the book begins well. The end is such a major let-down tho. Nothing dramatic happens in the end.

way over rated and over hyped. Read P. D. James or Patricia Cornwall for much better novels. Even James Patterson is much better.

A good read as a gripping story but if you look at the theory behind it - it is rubbish.
