would like to know if by massaging the g-spot, if it will always bring you to have an orgasm or does it depend on the person. What other things can be done for a girl to have an orgasm with her partner or herself?

Every woman is different in her body, and her response. The best way to learn that is to ask her.
Set aside time to explore. Both of you take a shower together, and then show one another all of your intimate parts, and explain what sensations and places excite you both. Ask her where her clitoris is, and have her show you how she likes it to be touched or rubbed.
For some women stimulating the G-spot can bring them to orgasm. For most women, it is tremendously exciting, adds to the experience, but does not bring them to orgasm.
Most women will nerarly always have an orgasm if the clitoris is stimulated properly. Too much, or too little stimulation, or stimulation of the clitoris alone may not work though.
If you start with non-pressure, low stress, with lots of time and no pre conceived epectations, and have foreplay with kissing, touching, stroking and fondling all over the body for 20 minutes to an hour, and then stimulate her clitoris with your mouth gently, but not too focused, and one, and then two finger massage of her g-spot (trim your nails first!), and sometimes, (with more experienced women) another (well lubricated, manicured, finger in her anus,) you will bring her to orgasm, and sometimes over, and over.
Go slowly, and don't force it. When she is close (you will know by how she moves, and possible moaning) then back off. When she gets too frustrated and shoves herself into your face (or pushed your head down) then it is time to bring her to orgasm.
You can worry about your orgasm after you have satisfied her. If you did a good job, she will make sure you are happy.

Not only G-spot, but there are at least 64 different ways to bring a girl to reach orgasm. These are all given in The book Kama Sutra, by Vatsayana, an oriental sex expert. Google search will take you to english editions.
Various other ways depend on each individual and require research by exploration. Ask yur partner to do this research. But he will not get any degree by this research though.

The only way to find the best way to bring your self to an orgasm, is to try. Some things work for certain woman, and do not work for others. This is from a man's point of view. First of all you need to be with someone that you are comfortable with, and then experiment. My wife and I like oral, and she actually needs oral sex to have an orgasm., That is okay with me, cause I like to give oral sex to her. Works out perfectly. Just experiment. You'll find your combination, it just takes time.

Not all women are vaginally orgasmic. I read once that only 25% are. Most, however, can be clitorally orgasmic. Practice on yourself (as long as you're okay with that) Then, you'll know how to direct your partner.....Safe Sex Rules!!!

My girlfriend usually orgasms while riding me on top. This way she can position herself where it feels the best and dictate the speed and thrust. Try this, it should help.

I find that mounting her from behind and reaching around to rub the button works like a charm. Doesn't hurt to get things started with a little tongue action.

this isn't a question... it's a book!
so many things can be done by "her man" to pleasure a woman.
Many women can't reach their own g-spot... without "help"...
also... the clitoris... for most woman... remains the BEST SHOT you GOT. (since is purpose, and sole purpose is pleasure)
