I'm not sure if it's possible.I think it is,but only if you and your boyfriend go to the exact same process as your friend did(give sperm and egg cells, fertilize the egg cells outside of your body and then put them inside your uterus. But still that's a very difficult thing to happen, most people have to try at least 2 times before it works and for one egg cell to make it they plant at least 5or 6 fertilized egg cells in your uterus. So I'm not sure if it's possible.that's something you should talk over with your doctor.
One thing is sure, they won't be twins. The only way to call two babies twins is if they are of the same mother and father, and i assume that is not the case,I think when you say you wanna have a baby of your own you mean one with your husband/boyfriend.
But why wanna do that in the same time? Why not first have a baby of your own and then be a surrogate mother for your friend? And are you aware of the problems of being a surrogate mother? It's really hard to give a baby you have carried around for nine months in you to another woman to raise and to call it hers, even if in the back of your head you always knew and told yourself it wasn't yours. You get connected to a baby during the pregnancy and the labor and it's really painful to lose that connection.
I think you should really take the time to think this over, all the pros and cons.I hope whatever decision you'll make is gonna make you happy.Good luck!

I think that technically you can but it will probably be an expensive and difficult ordeal. The thing about twins is that they are almost always created at the same time, and are usually ready to come out at the same time. Also, when people are surrogates, they are often implanted with more than one fertilized egg, so you might end up with more than two babies in there. You should really talk to a doctor about it and find out the health risks and if they are even willing to take chances with something like that.

Because of the potential risks involved with a second, simultaneous birthing, I'm guessing that you won't be able to have a fertilized egg implanted if you are already pregnant.
If it was to be done, I suppose the children would be twins, in a sense, but only because they would be born at the same time, not because of any genetic similarity. Even with fraternal twins, where you have separate eggs, the genetic material is still that of both father and mother. So the only thing twin-like in your proposed scenario would be time of birth and a shared mother... and even the mother issue would be blurred, since the implanted child would have a separate birth mother (you) and biological mother (your friend.)

It is possible, but then you would have to have DNA test at birth to know whose baby belong to who. Also imagine how hard it would be for your friend if when the baby, or babies, are born they find none belong to her. You wouldn't know if her embryos implanted until DNA tests were done. In other words if you found out were pregnant, you wouldn't know whose baby it was. However when you go through in vetro, they ask that you not have sex for a couple of weeks, so that this would not happen.

No the babies will not be twins, but how would you know which baby is yours when delivered. Have your baby first then wait a year and have hers, this way there is no confusion on whose baby is whose. Good luck.

With IVF yes, your fertilized egg and her fertilized egg will be implanted but there is no guarantee that both will make it and after the babies are born you would have to do blood test to determine which is which! and they would not be identical by the way

Sorry. Not possible. One egg at a time, no matter who the egg belongs to...
(Almost sounds like an Easter egg hunt answer...)

The scheme is ill-advised and not healthy for either baby.
