You are still young so just enjoy life... but before you enjoy make sure to thank God for the blessings... for giving you 22 wonderful years of your life... for goodhealth and for peace in your heart... after that go out with your friends... or with your whole family or with your special someone. But if you have a very soft heart then why not just make a charity work to make someone happy and to share your blessings. Whatever you will do today... hope it will be a memorable one. Happy Birthday! You're 23? I'm 23 this year too... You should go out and take a walk in the mall in the mornings when no one's there... then go and have a delicious lunch... play some games till the evening and partay all night!
Or you could just stay at home is all up to you it's your speacial day!

Spend it with your family members that you enjoy being around. Friends are okay, but your family can appreciate the birthday more than friends. Unless you are turning 21, then go out and drink with your friends. LOL

Whatever feels good. Hang out with friends, lunch and a movie, or a dinner date with your best guy. Take a nap, if you want. Take a good book to the park and read outdoors. Get a manicure and pedicure. Spoil yourself.

awwwww happy birthday!!! well we usually gather all my friends and family and have dinner or lunch and just spend the day together! and we go to church to thank god for another year of life! well the first one was a suggestion and the second one is optional =) have a wonderful day!
