I get up early every day, right around 6 AM; always have; it's just the way I'm built. I have to get up early for work, and when I'm at school I have to get up at 4:30 AM to catch the bus.
That's pretty funny - your granddaughter wants to sleep but you want to play...LOL!

I pretty much always get up between 7 and 7:30 am - I see no reason for sleeping in - more stuff can get done by getting up early than by staying up late...
first thing I do is go out and check the animals (we have small hobby farm) this morning I let a mom sheep and her new lamb outside for the first time.... then I come in for breakfast and computer - which is what I am doing now

Yes I was up at 6am this morn. We had to go early to get groceries. And worse yet, I didn't get to sleep until 2am! So I got a total of 4 hrs!
Anytime a baby is asleep it is a blessing! Don't question it!

Yes, every morning between 5:30 and 6:30 I am up early and romping with my puppy. I let him out of his room (crate) and we romp in the yard.
A puppy is a good way to get on a schedule!

I guess I was up early at midnight to 2am doing delivery work around town. After that I went back to bed. I got up again at 4am, but couldn't stay up.

i got up at 5 o'clock this morning to return a gas-powered brick cutter from Diamond Rental. That thing weighs literally 183lbs!
