Age ; experience ;skill ; qualification & luck is different . How ever there should be difference of 1/5 ratio & not 1/ 100 ratio between maximum & minimum salary . Social responcibilities are more for senior employees as such they get little higher salary . Otherwise no one will stay in the organization .

power and money are great motivators. within organizations, there is much responsibilty to pass around, and to ensure that the important tasks get done well, the org. will offer affluence to certain workers to achieve that end.
