3.15 x 10^7 is a rough number, so the answer would be approximately one year!

and the question is what?... you have a certain number of seconds to figure out how many years? if so.. divide your number by 3.15 x 10^7...
hmmm.. 60 s/m * 60m/h * 24h/d * 365.25d/y = 3.15576e7.. ok.. so 3.6 x 10^7

86,400 seconds in a day times 365.25 days in a year is about 31,557,600 seconds in a year.
You have it worded in a very confusing way, but you can convert between years and seconds with the number of seconds in a year.
