I was 49kg and now I am 43kg! I am not dieting or fasting! I eat watever I can but I dont know why I keep on losing weight...Please help!

Me being an Indian, I normally dont eat junk food! As you know we eat lots of spicy food! And I hog on food! I am not dieting or fasting! I was 49kg, now I am 43kg! Why?

Just eat fatty foods and don't do exercise.

Just eat a lot and sit down all day doing nothing, but dont get too fat, its not healthy

Try exercise. Mussel is heavy, and exercise seems to get the rest of your body in sync. Good luck.

many vitamin or health food stores carry power , powder mixes that r speciffically 4 weight gain. u shud really chek w/ a dr. first. gl

My son is under weight, and I give him Pediasure or protein shakes like Ensure. They really do make you gain weight. Good Luck.

Eat ALOT of Calories like at least 5,000 a day!!!!!!! U should gain ALOT of weight

U should eat alot and i mean alot of fatty foods and don't excrize alot either.

Get tested for parasites. Try eating more bread and dairy.
