After trying all those different ideas (none of them worked for me),I found the easiest way that wont require any effort.
I used some nail polish but not as explain here: Put a lot it on a tissue or cotton ball until it's wet, then put it on the chip and fix it there with some adhesive tape. Leave it there for 10-15 min and when you come back and take the adhesive off, it will come out by itself, doesnt even need pressure

Take laquer thinner and a q-tip and swab generously around the edges.
This will help soften the adhesive.
Then use a single sided razor blade and push it behind the metal hanger. Keep the blade as flat to the glass as possible, and push hard. You won't break the window. It should pop free with a little effort and patience.

You need to get some glue desolver. Put the car out in the sun on a really hot day and let it sit for a few hours, then use the desolver to make it easier. With a bit of work it'll come right off.

Ask a windshield replacement company how to do it since they do it all the time. They'd probably do it for you for free.

Use a hair dryer or heat gun to soften it. You may also want to try an adhesive remover such as goo gone.
