I am going to a camp and they ask for long twin sheets. What is the difference between twin sheets and long twin sheets?

They are made for those mattresses that you only find in camp and in college dorms. They are longer than normal twin size matresses. The only place you will be able to use those sheets they are recommending is in such mattresses.

Long twin sheets are twin sheets that are longer than typical twin sheets. A lot of camps and colleges have these long beds so that tall people won't be uncomfortable. You can get these sheets at any large store (ie- Target).

Long twin sheets are usually a foot longer than regular twin sheets. You'll have to look on the label to make sure that they are long instead of the standard size twin.

Alot of college dorms also ask for long twin sheets. they are as they say, longer than regular twin sheets. I think they get longer beds for taller kids! You can usually find them at most linen and department stores.

They are sheets for extra long beds like in college dormitories. You can use a regular top sheet and pillow cover, but you definitely need a long bottom. You can get them at Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens and Things.

You can go to Walmart a pick up a set for about $5. They are longer sheets because the mattress is longer as to accomodate more people.

They are longer. So they can be ducked over the end of a cot/bed.
