Italy deserved to win, they were a much better team. If the game had went to overtime Italy still would have won, because their goal keeper is much better.

I agree, italy did deserve to be up in the game.
Just to add to this, Italy have always been screwed in the world cup games. Its their turn to be on the winning end. All soccer players sell a dive, penalty or not. Grosso went down and the referee called it. I think it was a penalty. If it works for brazil who are the biggest cheaters in the world, then it can work for italy who aren't.
Italy didnt cheat anything, nor have they ever

though i support italy, i dont think that penalty kick was legit. however, its not the team that makes the call, its the ref. however, they took the opportunity, made their goal, and won.
besides, youre right that they had one less player than australia. one less player gives a pretty good advantage to the other team..so if australia wasnt able to take advantage of that situation and score, they didnt deserve to win.
even if italy did in fact cheat, the point is that australia was still unable to score. if they had been the better team, they would have won but they didnt.

NO!!! Australia were the lucky ones, they were playing against 10 men and Italy had way more chances to score. Lucas Neill is so crap as if he wasn't trying to impede Grosso. Now if Italy wins Australia are probably going to think that they could've won, which is bull because Germany would've hammered them.

The Italian took a dive, i think everyone could see that bar the ref. Italy doesnt really have the most trustworth players available. True they were one man down, but they left the gap on offence so it doesnt impact directally on our offence, though i do admit it does impact indirectally.
Mr Tripsovernothing knew they wouldn't win without any kind of penalty, so he forgot how to run for a second and bam, he hit the ground.
Lets face it, if he doesnt have the faculties to stop falling over, then he shouldnt be a football player.

i do not bear in mind seeing any actual dishonest contained in the cup very last yet there became dishonest to completely get there. I actual don't have from now on some thing in my view adverse to Italy and that i'll't say they did not need to conquer France who were purely as to blame yet perchance neither Italy or France deserved to be contained in the perfect. no one heavily envisioned Australia to be a severe contender yet Italy only beat them by technique of dishonest. the completed international observed that. So there is no way that Italy received this "straightforward and sq."... yet neither may have France. in element of reality in spite of the indisputable fact that that it takes an incompetant (or corrupt?) referee to allow that to ensue and this international cup may be the worst ever so a procedures as refereeing is worried. As for the diving and performing... NO- all communities do no longer do it! it type of feels better a cultural ingredient.
