No...but there is a link between high blood pressure and waking up with a headache. Or diabetes. Or sleeping on too-soft a mattress or an uncomfortable pillow. Or being hung-over.
And all of these conditions also cause vivid dreams.

I think it depends on the type of dream that you have.
If it was tense in any way, then the tension could build to a headache.
I remember my dreams all the time and the only times I've woken up with a headache is when I had very intense, stressful dreams.

No. Very often I remember my dreams and I do not get headaches after remembering those dreams.
