All these people who said there is no pill medication to abort a pregnancy are WRONG WRONG WRONG. there is a medication called mifeprex, which is a combination of two pills that induce miscarriage. you take the 1st one in the doctor's office which will cause bleeding. then u take the other one in the privacy of ur own home which will induce the actual miscarriage. many women choose this over surgical abortion becauuse it is more natural and puts u in more control. however, u can only take Mifeprex with a VERY early pregnancy. I think after 8 weeks, your options are surgical abortion, mommy, or adoption. PLEASE go to www.plannedparenthood.org and learn as much as you can, then contact your local planned parenthood or health department and see where to go from there.

You must go to a doctor and see if you are really only a month along. Then you can talk to the doctor about which route you can take. But don't try anything stupid and risk getting yourself in the hospital or worse just because you wanted to get rid of a pregnancy. If you need information about abortion you can go to Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood can also help you get birth control I believe and other forms of contraceptive so you will not have to stop another "unwanted pregnancy."

However there are no "medicines" to take, because the morning after pill would not work in this situation. So the only thing left is RU486--or if you are farther along than you think you may have to get a surgical abortion.

Good luck.

The only thing that you can take is called the morning after bill. But you can only use that up to 72 hours after intercourse. Looks like you are way beyond that. Anything after that is clearly an abortion. There is nothing! You need to go to the doctors, and are you sure you are pregnant if you might only be a month, Did you take a test. Sometimes at a month pregnant, your body doesn't have enough hormones to show that you are actually pregnant. Could you be even further? GO TO THE DOCTORS.

No, there is no pills to stop pregnancy that far along. Just go to a doctor. There are support groups to help make a proper and informed decision about what you would like to do with your life and the babies life if you are indeed pregnant. It is your decision and no one else.

And for those others:
All forms of birth controls are not pregnancy proof, except for the woman getting her uterus removed. Absolutely nothing is one hundred percent, even though we would like to think that 99.9% is guaranteed.

Opinions are not needed in a simple question.

I can't tell you that but I can tell you what could have prevented a one month pregnancy! People never seem to amaze me, this is what is wrong with society now, we think that we can take a pill to cure everything, once we find out what cure are ailment then we just keep on keeping on, in other words you find out what med you can take to abort your poor unborn baby and wow that was easy I can just go out and have unprotected sex any time.
It's called Birth Control or keeping your f'ing legs closed!

There is an abortion pill which you can take before you are 9 weeks., you need to call an abortion clinic and ask about it.. it simply makes you have a miscarriage, the risk is that it will not work and you will have to surgically have the abortion at the clinic...
