In Arab countries it is somewhat common. My family on my father's side is all cousin's marriage.

It is not wrong, but

It is annoying. You increase risk of genetic disease. And it is better when two different families are joined together, it is more fun. You get to have different aunt on both side, not the same aunt on the two different side.

I think that probably 1000 yrs they used to do it europe and at the time it was not immoral.

It is not advisable to marry someone who is related to you by blood. In your case, children of two sisters. The reason is that when you have children, chances of "bad" genes that were recessive will become active and passed on to your children. For instance, there is a history of a certain defect in you mother's family. For many generations, no member of the family has that defect. You carry that from your mother and she from your aunt. This union may cause your offspring to inherit that defect. I do not know the legal implications. Treat her like your own sister. Better to be safe than sorry later.

Ewww.

But here's the facts:about half of the states allow 1st cousins to marry and all allow 2nd cousins and cousins of the higher degree to marry.

A team of scientists led by Robin L. Bennett, a genetic counselor at the University of Washington and the president of the National Society of Genetic Counselors, announced that cousin marriages are not significantly riskier than any other marriage. To put it another way, first-cousin marriages entail roughly the same increased risk of abnormality that a woman undertakes when she gives birth at 41 rather than at 30. Banning cousin marriages makes about as much sense, critics argue, as trying to ban childbearing by older women.

Not a good idea. You risk producing children with birth defects and other unsavory features. You can love your cousin, but find someone else for romantic ventures.
