Yes, some friends & I had weird experiences with them when we were teens. Looking back, it's like getting scared from a scary movie -- it's power is in your faith in it. But whether you believe in Ouija boards or not, stay away from them -- no good can come from it. If it's real, your soul's in danger. If it's not real, you're getting freaked out over nothing, and wasting time you could use for something else.

If you read the other responses, you'll see that it's not something to mess with. I never used one, but I have two friends who have. Both caused their houses to be permanently haunted. One tried to burn it and it wouldn't burn. Another threw it in the trash and the next day it was back on the shelf. And you attract the scum of the spirit world. If you're looking for answers to the "big" questions, why not check in at your place of worship. It doesn't matter how or why that thing works. Not worth the risk.

I had a real weird experience in an abandoned house when I tried to talk to ghosts. Listen! There are no such thing as ghosts. They are demons. Stay away from that stuff.

It's not a game. Stay away from it. You can risk anything, but not your soul.
I'm not kidding.
