thanks for all replys i say a secret is somethink kept from alls knowledge or view.not to be made know .

Technically a Secret would be something you never tell ANYONE! But, we tend to not keep secrets by telling someone who can keep a secret. I guess in our excitement it hard to never tell someone. It like the "Domino Theory", we tell one person who can keep a secret, they tell another and soon everyone who can keep a secret knows.
I would say I do have secrets and keep them to myself.

Yes i have kept many secrets, and still do and will take them to the grave. Some things need to be kept secret

Things you know that nobody else is supposed to. The best way to tell if something was a secret is to tell everyone. If the sh*t hits the fan for you telling people, you can bet it was supposed to be a secret.

"Things", or knowledge that is kept in confidence from "others". There are many reasons for keeping a secret! I have one and have kept it for awhile - and will continue to do so - for another while!

secrets are something that you feel you have a great emotional feeling for, and that you can only share it with people who are very close to you, or who can understand your problems... i think secrets are told so that the problem is taken off your chest...
i can keep secrets... at times... if i feel its important and wont effect anyone else
