What is the best method to clean out the resin from my bowl?

They sell commercial products at Head Shops (otherwise known as hemp stores).
You can also use ammonia OR alchohol. DO NOT MIX THE TWO TOGETHER THOUGH.
You'll need pipe cleaners and q-tips and small pieces of cloth depending on how complex the inner workings of the pipe are.
Be sure to soak it in the cleaner for a while and then go to town trying to work the mess out of it.

All the answers are right. I use this orange cleaner I buy at the head shop when I can afford it when I can't really hot water works and so does rubbing alcohol but that leaves taste for a few bowls so I would just use water. If it's really thick boil it tap water won't cut it. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

Go to a tobacco shop and get the right stuff. Why? because you don't want to put a cleaner in there that can harm you.

You want to change your screen, but the resin makes your bowl "seasoned". You don't want to clean it out.

take a sponge with soap and water and clean it u might need to use a scrubber for it.
