I am a cheerleader myself and it really depends on the person whether to wear skirts or pants, Both can be a little uncomfortable. I know that most boys would like to see skirts, yet most parents would like to see there daughter in pants, I personally think skirts look more perfessional and more like the standard uniform. Plus I think skirts are more comfortable then pants. It is really up to the person. =]

Skirts, always skirts. But what really tops it off is when the girl is wearing nylons with that skirt. I have a few cheer outfits that I dress up in now and again, and I love it. I was in cheer in high school and I always loved the skirts. I was able to feel so many girls *** that way, it was great!!!

Skirts, and always skirts. There is a new trend coming out right now in all star teams where they opt for hot pants decked out with rhinestones and everything just like skirts. I guess it's said to be more moveable and breathable, but it's just a fad and it will pass. So stick with skirts.

why would a cheerleader wear pants. we have to look spunky unless its a guy cheerleader. and most of the time it gets really hot jumping around every second. we lead to crowd into cheers. plus skirts look better when u spin and jump and stuff
