In view of the rising of gold price, is any prediction on the exhaust supply of gold from mine.

No time soon. The world is a huge place and there are many more mines to be discovered and drilled.
But it is expensive to find and drill new mines, and the existing supply of gold is miniscule relative to total monetary assets, so I think gold has a very bright future if investors start to see it as a valid asset class.

I think it won't happen, it's an element of the earth combination, so in evolution it's being produced somewhere in the earth which will appear in due time..
