yes---go to run--type in (%temp%) --click on edit and then select all---click on files and delete

It's absolutely safe to do that.
but a small note in case it's being used by a active process then there may be slight problem.
Eg: You are installing a new program etc..what these do is put up the extracted files in the da temp folder if you deleat them when the process is running there may be error...
So make sure you have no active process like installing , unzipping an archive etc.
& just do ahead and deleat them up

yeah u can... but it dosent affect anytin in ur computer... it dosent affect the speed or anytin... so u shuld leave it alone
