The country is located in Europe and has red colour in its flag. There are a lot of (however too much) corruption, bribery, absurdity. One litre of petrol costs about 0,72 GBP (08.07.06). Foreigners usually consider people of this country to be kind, hospitable. Actually they like complain everything but they can also unite if they are in trouble and the country is really beautiful. Most people of this country hate politicians and even are not interested in politics because of them. Medical services, hospitals quite often have too less money to work, there are many (too many) protests

I presented this country in bad light and thats why no-one has answered correctly. Its really modern, beautiful country, and the standard of private medical services is very high, many foreigners come to heal. Too many public hospitals are in debts but not every. The country has over 10 mln people. Can you guess now?

Bulgaria...I know it has corruption as they wont allow em into the EU until they sort out their Mafia - can't recall if there is red in the flag though.
