Germany, they have played well all tournament but they could quite hold back the mighty football machine that is italy. Portugal were stuffed by France and only scraped thier game against England on penalties. I know that it was only one goal defeat by france but a common french tactic is to score one and hold one for the remainder in more difficult games.

Germany should have been a shoo-in until Kilinsi held out Ballack and now a few others i think, and inserted Kahn, but Kahn shouldn't do too mucj damge. Still, play to WIN always or don't bother is how I see it.

they are both very good and played so well only losing in the semis...
It doesnt really matter who win this game for me because really and truly, either one of these teams could have been in the final on Sunday.
However, with Ballack out with an injury. I think Portgual will win, plus Ronaldo will be playin to win as he got cheated out of his Young player award
